Clients are responsible for:

   Providing accurate and timely information
   Ensuring they hold the rights to all photos or materials submitted
   Reviewing and approving final outputs within reasonable timeframes

3. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are defined on a case-by-case basis. All invoices are issued digitally and must be settled prior to final delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, including logos, designs, and templates, remains the property of Blue Mango Creative Studio unless transferred in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your files and information. No data is shared or disclosed to third parties without explicit permission.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from the use of our services. Final responsibility for content use lies with the client.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the operating entity behind Blue Mango Creative Studio.
